HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOU?
You can contact me here or online book here

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
I now require a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs in less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment time, a fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled services will be invoiced. 

Missed appointments without notice will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the cost of the scheduled services and will not be able to book again.

WHAT ARE YOUR FORMS OF PAYMENT?
Credit cards, debit cards, and cash

WHAT IF I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE?
Contact me to reschedule or reschedule from the booking page.  

DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE REDO/RETURN POLICY?
Due to the amount of time and products invested, I do not offer refunds on services. If you let me know within 7 days you are having trouble with  your color and cut, I would be happy to make an adjustment for you. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Please avoid wearing bulky clothing such as sweatshirts, turtle necks or jackets.   

HOW SHOULD MY HAIR BE WHEN I COME FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
It is okay to come with clean or slightly dirty hair. Please do not come with very dirty hair as color does not take as well.
